Change / Reset your CPanel's password

Failure to provide accurate password will resulting you unable to acceessing your CPanel.

You have a chance to reset your Cpanel's password through your Client Area.

  1. Log on into your Client Area at http://secure.mercumaya.net
  2. Click on "My Services" - Here, you can see all webhosting packages associate with your account
  3. Click on "more details". (an icon with gree arrow on your right hand side) - Here, you can see details on your selected webhosting. Your current password should displayed here.
  4. If you decided to change/enter a new password, it can be done from here.
